Our sales people have an average of 15+ years of experience and will remain your main contact until your job is complete and satisfactory. They will answer all your questions on product construction, walk you through the layout and design of your kitchen, show you what is available within your budget and help you with your color selections.
Before ordering, several steps are taken by the sales people to avoid mistakes. They will take accurate measurements at the jobsite to assure fit and function and to look for any obstacles such as outlets, soffitts, and trim moulding that would interfere with the layout. Research will be done on your appliances, sinks, and other items within your kitchen to avoid potential problems. They are also available to work with your contractor to answer any questions, concerns and to work out any details before and during installation. DESIGN / PRICING
Our computer aided design staff will provide you with 3-dimensional drawings which help you make final decisions and visualize the finished product. They will prepare pricing and quotations that are accurate and easy to modify due to the computer renderings.
SHOWROOMOur newly remodeled showroom offers a quiet setting for meeting with a salesperson and will present you the opportunity to review the latest styles and designs available for your kitchen or bath. You’ll be able to review construction details, door styles, stain colors, hardware and countertop selections.BILLING / ORDERING
To place an order we require a 30% deposit along with signed copies of our detailed 3-D drawings and final quotation showing as much information as possible to reduce any mis- communication. Your order goes through a multi-step check and double check process, passing thru the hands of several different staff members to minimize the occurrence of mistakes.
SHIPPING / RECEIVINGWe employ our own warehouse staff with 30+ years of experience handling cabinetry and setting up timely delivery schedules. Every pre-caution is taken against damage during unloading, storing ,and delivery.SERVICEAfter your kitchen is delivered, we will promptly re-order and / or service any items that are unsatisfactory. We stock a full complement of parts and accessories to service future needs in a timely manor.All above services are free of charge with your purchase. |
